Im on a budget build, using a 5200 and want to OC the hell out of it stable of course. running single GFX for now so the option MIGHT be nice, nothing more. pure and simple, What one is better for OC'ing.

Both boards are about equally good for overclocking, so go with whichever you like more. Also, you posted a link to the UD3P on the Canadian version of Newegg; Mr. K6 posted the correct US link.
