P5K Deluxe & Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme

I'm planning to use the above but I was wondering if I would be able to mount it vertically, meaning blowing air towards the back of the case instead of horizontally towards the PSU.

I will also be using 4GB (4x1GB) of ram and if I am able to mount it vertically does anyone know if the fan will interfere with the first ram slot?

It's supposed to be mounted vertically.

2 common questions I gotta ask you before any others will..

1. What type of fan are you using?

2. Did you notice there's an issue with the mounting base not firm enough and you can wiggles the heatsink easily. Have you done any modifications to the stock mounting base to make the heatsink have better contact with the IHS?
