P5B Deluxe Bios and chipset driver questions...

I am just curious what the preferred BIOS version and chipset driver versions are for this board. I have the deluxe version, non-wifi. So far I am loving this board.

EDIT: Is there a good bios guide for tweaking it? I know what most are, but haven't messed dividers and timings much lately.

There's a beta BIOS on the Asus website that's supposedly ideal for just such things. I'm not much of an OC'er, but there was a thread from a few weeks ago going over that BIOS.
