P55M RAM & GPU upgrade

I have a P55M-UD4 with an I5 @ 3.2ghz watercooled and 4gb of GSkill RAM in an itty bitty Lian Li box. XFX Radeon 5770 for the GPU. Corsair 1200w PSU.

What would be the best match for the CPU/MB in terms of new RAM and GPU? I'm currently OCd at 160x20 but I think my CPU and bus can do more, so would like to push to 200x17 or so. My RAM now is low latency cas 7, 160mhz RAM and at 161mhz is very unstable. I don't think the latency makes as much of a difference as it used to so I'm not as happy with that purchase as I had hoped to be. I want 16gb, just not sure which choice would be fastest and most compatible with my setup.

As far as GPU goes I'd prefer to stay around US$250. I run 1900x1200 and play a lot of Total War games as well as FPSs. I thought about adding a second 5770 but then it only runs 8x/8x and my current GPU is taking a dump on me anyway. From what I've been able to determine a single fast GPU at 16x is better than two slower ones at 8x/8x anyway. Any advice here is appreciated!

This shows as my first post, but I first registered back in like 2001 or something like that. I don't remember my original username, and the system doesn't recognize my email address. :( If any admin knows how to retrieve my account that'd be awesome.

Thanks in advance for any help!
