P5 920 overclocking problem

Have Abit IL8 mobo w/OCz DDR2533 and a Presler 920. PSU is an Antec TruePower2 550. It's fine at stock speeds, and the motherboard even wanted to run the system @ 204MHz on the FSB with BIOS defaults, and things were okay. I decided recently it was time to overclock. I set RAM to 3:5, PCIE freq was locked, as was PCI. Set FSB to a mere 215MHz. System won't POST. Main screen won't even turn on! Reset CMOS via jumper, and it now posts so I can get into BIOS settings. What might I have done wrong?

Set your NB strap to PSB800, loosen ram timings to 4-4-4-12

Thanks, I'll try that. My last system was a socket A (2800+ Barton @ 2.5 GHz), so overclocking suddenly got a lot more complicate for me.
