P4PE problem

hmmm, tried overclocking my cpu. It's a 2.53G, and I set it to 19 x 170, default voltage, and 400 mhz ram. When I saved it, the system went dead. I've read the manual for the p4pe and it makes reference to the CPU Parameter Recall feature that will restore the default settings but dosn't say how to activate it. I've rebooted and it's totally dead, no screen to allow me into the setup and no hd chugging. Any thoughts appreciated!
