how do you guys like this board my main question is how high can you volt the cpu I cant seem to find out. I also wanted to know if it supports ide ata100 raid I know it says ata133 and it usually backward compatible but I would like to hear it I guess Thanks in advance

You can volt it more than enough (I think 1.9V off the top of my head) and ata100 is compatible with ata133. I run Raid 1 in this board and it overclocks as good as any other board. I use it for a server.

Yup, you can overvolt a regular P4 all the way up to 1.95 volts.

At that voltage it will definitely fry *any* P4 you put in it even if you watercool it.

Its beyond me why Asus lets users go that far over 1.55 which is the max for most high end P4C's. I've been emailing Asus to try and get them to give me a 1.525 (undervolt) option for my P4 3.2C.

Yeah Im about to but tje P4P800 deluxe and I was just wondering if it would support DDR 500 memory, PC 4000. There is a sale at best buy today for 99.99 for a 512mb module of Kingston Hyper X PC 4000 DDR memory and though I was gonna buy 512mb of corsair xms 3200 Id much rather get this for the same price. So will the board support DDR 500???

that is a good price @ BB I was even thinking about it 200.00 for a gig is not bad. I am trying so hard to wait the 2 months for 775 boards and everything else new thats coming out

I snagged the PC4000 from Bestbuy so we shall soon know. BTW I am selling my XMS3200 TwinX LL for $119 a pair. V1.1 w/BH5 (or so they say)!

Ya well I went out and bought the gig of hyperx pc 4000 ram anyway and Im just waiting for newegg to ship my order so that I can OC. Going with the P4P800 Deluxe, the 2.8 P4 C, the mentioned kingston ram, along with my Nexus Controller, X-Dreamer II, and 160 gb harddrive, its gonna be some good stuff. I was searching around and I havent really seen a new mobo that actually says it has support for DDR-500 ram yet so I figured that it would work in the DDR-400 compatible boards. Cant wait to push 250 fsb, thanks for the help tho...

Yah if you listen to Asus there's like less than 10 sticks of RAM that will work. And even then, some of those only work in specific slots!
