I've been searching every where for this? Anybody have this, I need a copy of this inorder to format the computer and start over from scratch? I've got the cds from the package however I don't know what files they are. Help, truely appreciated. Thanks

If it's like the P4C800-E DLX you dont need any drivers. XP picks it up as IDE. No problems

I am very sorry about the cross posting. It will be deleted.

I have 2 (raptor drives) on raid 0 and I have a western digital existing separately. I want to wipe the system clean and start over *without* raid 0. So I proceed to boot off the XP cd. and When you reach the selection menu where you specify which partition/drive you want the OS to be installed. Only the western digital is shown, and not the 2 raptor drives from raid 0.

What should I do?

I was thinking about fdisking the 2 raptor driver while in repair mode off the XP disc. Would that then make those 2 raptor drives about on that menu when you install XP? Where you specify where the OS installation goes.

Thank You,
- Mike

You should be able to go into the Intel RAID BIOS prior to bootup and delete the array.

I looked in and there was NOT an array even listed that could be deleted. They're weren't any harddrives listed up master and slave. Maybe they got disabled some where. I don't know.

(... someone else is browsing the forum at this hour!!)

Thanks

Your answer is obvious. Try asus website.

http://www.asus.com/support/download/item.aspx?ModelName=P4P800 Deluxe

I assume its the serial ata Raid driver you seek?

It will support the serial ATA natively.

Make sure go through your BIOS settings. There must be something you are missing. XP will see your drives if they are enabled in the BIOS.
