i have an ASUS p4b533 motherboard and i currently have 2700 333 mhz ram in it (384 of it)

i want to upgrade and i am wondering what the best/highest speed ram that would be able to be placed into this motherboard...

i went to crucial.com and it only confused me (im a retard, ya)

i entered my motherboard and it says i can put many different kinds of ram into this motherboard, from 2100 all the way to 4000 (500 mhz right?)...is this right? and furthermore do i have to do anything special for the ram to work with this motherboard?

i know if i upgrade to higher speed ram i cant mix it with the old ram, etc etc

my mb also has weird rules with the ram slots, i can put double sided ram in the first slot but in the other two slots i can only put single sided ram

(luckly when i installed the ram the first time i got lucky and insterted them into the right slots by blind luck)
