I'd take the Gigabyte over the other two. I have a EP45-UD3P and really like it. No problems from it.
 
I would go with the ASUS, but I generally prefer how their BIOSes are laid out. Realistically, it's pretty much a toss-up between that and the Gigabyte. I wouldn't bother with the MSI.
