Well, a 3400 = ~3.4 ghz p4 so about ~1.4ghz faster I guess..

Aside from the fact that these threads usually turn into an ePenis contest, you have got to be joking... Comparing these two chips to eachother. I mean this with all sincerity: Can you count? Or maybe you just dont understand MHz/GHz? If thats the problem, I perhaps can help explain it.

Intel 2.0GHz = 2,000MHz
AMD 3400+pr ~= 3.4GHz Intel
