P4 Stepping

Is there a list of the P4 stepping order and their O/C abilities? Or is this mostly an AMD thing?

Exactly. Most people would agree that it is luck of the draw when buying a chip.
 
Yeah its luck of the draw and I usually get screwed on OC'able chips. On occasion though I luck out.
 
the only steps that have any aura around them is the m0 steps because they are castrated ee chips and tend to oc well. (coming from a person with a 2.4 M0 at 3.36 ghz and rising, all on stock volts)
