P4 CPU Cooling/Overclocking question

Hey guys.

I'm pretty new around here, and to overclocking as well.

I currently have a P4 2.6C processor. Recently, my stock Intel fan started to make grinding noises when I turn on my machine for about 15 minutes, then it would stop. So I figured I'd be better off buying a new HSF combo and possibly overclock it as well.

I was thinking along the lines of the Zalman 7000. My question is, which is a good one to get? 7000-AlCu, 7000A-Cu, or the 7000-Cu. My main objective is to be able to run the CPU cool, and stable while overclocked.

I currently have an Abit IS7 motherboard. From what I've read, there shouldn't be any problems with the fit . . .

I'm also wondering about the weight factor. I've read these are pretty heavy, and if you dropped your case, it could snap, along with some other components. Would it "snap" if my case is always standing ertical, and OCASSIONALLY, moved in and out of it's cubby to clean the inside from dust/fix problems etc? I never bring my computer out of my home, or better yet, out of the computer room . . so would moving it a couple of feet hurt it? I wouldn't think so, but just checking.

I can't remember according to the model numbers, but whatever one has the all copper heatsink would be your best bet.
