not familiar with the "over clocking" feature in the bios, should i be using that or just the old fsb adjustments?

what to expect out of a p4 3e, stock heat sink, plenty of case cooling

and why do they make the heat sink fit so god damn tight you feel your going to break something... i thought the fixed that on the old northwood boards
 
Put it on manual and then either increase the FSB, or change it to a 5:4 ratio (set it at 320MHz for this). Or both....but try the 5:4 first in that case.

The automatic overclocking is crap.
