P4 2.8 overclock

its a sis chipset and dell memory? i would say it wont overclock well at all but you wont know until you try
 
I swapped my 2.0/400 and pc2100 with the ones from work, so it was a decent upgrade. The cooler on the dell was monstrous, but I didn't get a good look at it though. It was a lot different then my old processor's heatsink and I thought it might be watercooling. You don't think I would be able to get 3.2 out of it or so. the memory is rated for 800fsb right, so wouldn't it overclock really well on a 533 bus processor?
