For the Linux machine in my signature, I have the choice between either a 2.6GHz P4 running on a 400MHz FSB or a 2.4GHz P4 running on a 533MHz FSB... Recommendations?

Thanks.

2.4B hands down. you can get 2.6 out of it easy (i have one). and you'll have the faster fsb.

...And without overclocking, how might they stack-up against each other? I don't think the overclocking options are particularly extensive on this board :\

Where did you get offered a P4 2.6A? :)
I got a P4 2.4A on RDRAM, wonder what a 2.6 would do *L*

Terra - Sorry for going OT :)
