I need any advice on which processor to get for w/e reason probably going to OC the cpu

Any advice would help as soon as possible
 
Both should be able to break the 3.0 Ghz pretty easily, and they're the same price too. 2.6C.
 
Ive seen people with the 2.4c get higher OC than the 2.6 is there a difference?
