P35/P45 for 4850?

Sorry if this has been asked, I did a search, but that's not a guarantee it hasn't been asked....

Would a P35 bottleneck a single 4850? I know that bothe the P35 and P45 will bottleneck a crossfire setup... not sure if it makes a difference on a single
