P2Pool vs Normal Pool

I've always used traditional Pools, usually those based on the MPOS pool standard that all look pretty much the same, but I've heard that P2Pools have some advantages.

Which do you all use and prefer? Why?

Normal, since P2P pools are generally much smaller and not worth it for me.

The only advantage of P2Pool that I'm aware of is that it mines, essentially, directly to your wallet - so to speak. The only advantage to this that I can really see is that it keeps the pool operator a bit more honest - it's harder for them to take your coins and run.

The main disadvantage of P2Pool is that because of how it handles wallet addressing, you can NOT use it to mine directly to exchange wallets in most instances.

I have a few rigs I keep pointed at the Waffle all the time, its nice to have income, (or coins) coming in every day. Couple other rigs I tend to skip around with, mining whatever altcoins I want or ones that will hopefully be profitable. Gives me something to do, trading coins and whatnot.
