P2414H Vs U2414H?

I know both screens are listed as PWM free,
I already own the P2414H and pretty happy with it (Although I noticed it has red flickering while viewing movies with dark shades sometimes, I should probably replace it right?),
But I've noticed there's also the U2414H, which in my country is being sold for $100 more.
Why is it more expensive? is it better? is it worth the extra cash?
