P200 Enough for TV Viewing?

I have an old Pentium 200, 128mb ram, etc that I use simply as a test machine hooked up to an lcd for web design. It lets me see what it looks like on another resolution easy.

I want to add a tv tuner to it if it will work, if not I am not going to worry about it.

I was thinking of picking up a cheap ATI TV Wonder VE or ATI All in Wonder.

Does anyone know if I will have any issues watching tv on this? I won't be recording or anything like that.
