P180B getting optical drives flush with case

Is it possible to get DVD drives flush with the P180B?

I've tried both mounting brackets and my drives are sticking out from the case. Is there any way to get these farther back in the case so they don't stick out so far?

hmmm... on second look - are you sure you've cliked in the brackets all the way? you have to give it a little force to go in all the way.
 
Align it so the drive bezel is on your right, and the drive rail clip is also on the right. Use the last hole, and then it should be more than flush.
 
I think the guy above is right. They are on backwards. Metal tab is to the front of the drive.
 
LOL, your brackets are on backwards! Remount them, in the correct direction, so that the metal clips are flush with the front of the drive. That should get them in perfectly.

And I can say that because I have done the same thing 2 or 3 times myself. So I call myself a dumbass as well. ;)
