p180 and ventilation duct

can anyone recommend a good, quiet 80mm fan for the ventilation duct? my GPU is running kinda hot at load.

I was wondering this too... Also, what are the little things on the other side of the duct for, the things you can pull out that have metal and plastic on them?
 
For your drives, you attach them, and the drives slide in on rails, making it easier to take them in and out in case you need to

as in the harddrive or dvd burners, etc?

also, why are they on the side of the vent duct?

OH, and does adding an 80mm fan to the vent. duct really make a difference?
 
They're there because it's a good place to store them..... :rolleyes:

The fan may help temps some...but there's such great airflow in it already that I can't see it making too much of a difference.

If you go that route, you'll need some thin 80mm fans. Either one of these would be your best bet: http://www.svc.com/80x15mmfans.html
 
I can't imagine that the extra noise from an 80mm fan would be worth it when the case already vents well.
