Overheating

I was having overheating issues at a lanparty today, and i had to take the left panel off and put a high speed office fan next to it to cool it off. It was my first day with new hardware (p4 1.4 to a 2.6, new mobo, 1gb ram)

The case I have now will not let me get enough airflow in my case to keep the case cool. So I am going to be buying 1. A full tower case. 2. (6or7) new fans. 3. new heatsync.

-On my case I have decided on the Aluminum Chieftec Dragon from newegg for $60.

-For fans, i am undecided(which is part of the reason which brings me here) I know I want ...
(2)80mm led fans for the back.
(1)120mm blowhole on the top.
(1) 80mm led on the side pannel...

I am undecided with the two front intake fans... reg led fans, or Vantec Tornadoes?-- I want my case cool--so i dont have to upgrade in the future...
Would the tornadoes unbalence the airflow too much? would they be fine?--I heard a little more intake is better....Of course they could of been wrong.

Also, I want to upgrade my heat sync - What would be a good, cheap replacement for the stock headsync that came w/ my p4 2.6ghz

---Thnx for help if you give any...

Dude. I've got that case it rocks. Well a verson of it. It's just a diffrent front pannal. Anyways. I'm using 7x 80mm Cheiftecs fans (All UV of corse) The case has a 92mm fan above the power supply. and a 80mm blow hole already. If you place a 120mm you will lose positve air pressure.

mind the pictures don't have the blow hole. But when I ordered it. It was there.

My temps right now are
Case: 21c (70F)
CPU-Idle: 32c (89F)
CPU-Load: 39c - 42c (98F - 107F)

I would suggest keeping in mind it's heavy. It broke my stand (Don't ask) But it a dream to work in. (Untill you have to buy 36 inch IDE cables for the CD drives.

Hope I helped. Have a nice one.

Thermalright SK-94 all the way. That or water. That case has room for a massive water unit.

Word on the street is that Vantec tornado fans are so loud, they will actually cause you to go completely insane. The only way to reverse the process is to take the fan outside and smash it to bits.
