overdrive settings do not stick

For whatever reason overdrive settings don't stick, even for 1 whole boot. Any ideas?
 
are you using anything other than overdrive to check your clocks and are you checking with the card under some kind of load? i suspect you are just seeing the 2D clocks if overdrive setting are not sticking as you say
