How do I flash my bios so I can overclock my ATI Radeon 9500 pro card.
 
you can also d/l and install the Omega drivers. They are able to unlock that feature for you.
 
I wouldn't flash your bios if you don't have too.

but if you insist on risking something through the bios that can be done harmlessly through ATITool or Omega Drivers, check the following link for unlocked ATI bioses.

So what you're saying is, if I download a program, like the one suggested, I can just OC it without flashing?
