what tempature would i want to keep my computer at when overclocking?

(if it matters, the cpu is amd moblie 2500+)
 
anything below 55C idle is perfectly find, but no more than 65C or so at full load
^^Those temps are safe operating temps and will not harm the CPU, but most people prefer their CPU's to be in the low 40's idle (I like mine in the mid 30's :D) and high 40's or low 50's load
