Well i bought a new pc from a store and i know yaya don;t yell at me i get a 50% discount so its a E6300 Core 2 Duo but my bios are locked and i know its a Asus P5BW-LA cause i looked on the motherboard but i cannot find it BIOs update so i can flash my bios and im really new to overclocking and everthing and i really would like to have some help...

ill provide any information that is needed..
 
That board has ZERO overclocking options and no BIOS update will change that.
You can't expect too much from a $50 motherboard. :rolleyes:
