Overclocking XFX 8800 ultra doing nothing?

I tried playing around with the o/c on my new 8800 ultra (xfx) - went from 612/1080 to 675/1130. In 3dmark05, I gained like 30 3dmarks. In some games I tested I gain maybe 1-2fps.

Does that seem right - a ~10% overclock on teh card yielding absolutely nothing? I tried tuning with ntune, then rivatuner, but same results.
 
Really hard to say, and honestly I do not remember. I think that Ultra's are not that good at overclocking anyway? I remember my 8800GTX being ocied quite high, I got about 10% improvement in my FPS, nothing major.
