Overclocking woes; random system restarts

So, here's the deal. When I was running the stock athlon heatsink with a GIGANTIC fan on it, I was able to run stably at 200x11. However now, with my watercooling, while the temps are a good amount lower, my computer randomly reboots. Now, I'm not sure if this is happening because my motherboard can monitor fan speeds etc, and adjust them to system temps(even though I have that disabled), or if it's because of something else. System specs listed below:

Asus A7N8X
Barton 2500+(multiplier locked)
Generic DDR 400 ram(running at 400mhz requires crappy timings, running asynchronous doesn't, but I don't know if running asynchronous causes any inherent problems)
ATI Radeon 9600pro
Antec true 430w PSU

I think that's all the necessary info. If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate the help :)
