Overclocking the Mac Mini

You change the multiplier by soldering. That's the only way to overclock the mini that has been found.

That got blown way out of proportion by the "[H] people." A few of us ("Apple snobs," I guess) were saying it was a bit of a waste to buy a mini only to rip it out of its case and put it in a fulltower just to add a 3.5" drive, not that it was foolish to overclock the mini. I don't think anyone here would mind overclocking it. ;) At least, that's how I saw it.

Oh, and no, I'm not trying to revive that whole debate. Just trying to clear things up. :cool:
