I was thinking about buying the E2160 with the GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P35 ATX and an ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler and overclocking it. I have no experience with overclocking the newer dual cores. Only my socket 939 SD 3700+
How high of an over clock do you think I can get?
Will it make that big of a performance difference?
This is the parts I'm going to be using excluding the PSU and Case

I've been reading reviews of the E2160 and people say its a good overclocker, just wanted to get some more opinions.
Thanks in advance!
