Overclocking Supplies Delayed! Complaint!

I will never order from SVC again, this is the first time and it was horrible. Heres the short version:

Sunday: Ordered around 7pm, got an Email with order # details and CC ok.

Monday: No emails from them

Tuesday: No emails from them.
On their website it says if no shipped # within 24 hours to call. I call @ 1pm and guy is a jerk. My TT case is being shipped from TT themselves, and my order has not been shipped because my Zalman fan is "OutOfStock", yet website says 'In-Stock". For comparrision, Newegg has had something go out of stock, and shipped me my order and the OutOfStock item later when it comes in. He refused to do so, saying its not Policy. Then says Tomorrow (Wed.) they will come in, but cannot guarantee.

Wednesday: Still no emails from them.
1PM PST I call and still my order has not been shipped, the fans did not come in. I say, "Then delete the Zalman Fan off my order and ship it. He says, "Hold on I have to make sure other things have not gone OutOfStock since we last checked... (What kind of dam inventory are they running?). I was outraged when I heard that. I then said all I want to know is if my order will be shipped today. He said he did not know but to call back later.

Well, if its not shipped out by today, I am cancelling my order and paying the extra $16 it would of been to order with Newegg, why oh why did I just not stick to Newegg.

So now my wife still does not have a computer, *fish tank cracked somehow and byebye my $100+ fish and $800+ of computer parts.*

So this is a warning to you all, don't shop at SVC, it was the worst customer service I have ever had. If I had ordered off the Egg on SUnday would of been shipped Monday, and had Tues/Wed.

i, too have had a bad experience from SVC. About 2 months ago i ordered a replacement fan for my comp's heatsink because it broke down on me. Then, about 3 days after my order they tell me its out of stock and i elected to keep waiting>>>one month later, still waiting>>>another month still waiting( by this time i have already ghetto mounted a replacement fan for my heatsink) Then just last week i got a tracking number from svc :eek: and after weeks and weeks of patiently waiting i FINALLY got my stinking fan.
 
I have ordered from svc a good 3x and it has went well. :confused: Hoepfully svc not goin bad cuz they are a good shop
 
I've ordered from SVC plenty...not one problem from them.
But how the hell does one of those TT cases get classified as an overclocking supply? :confused:

When a case costs 100+ and the system inside will be overclocked... Its overclocking supply :p lol, but really the rest of the order was the problem, I just mentioned that as extra. I ordered a SI-97 some extra grease OCZddrboost etc.

Update: They finally sent me a TRACKING NUMBER!!! YAY, but guess what its not even the right one. 1Z9T77T60340002772 for UPS ground, its for some place in GA, and I live in CALIFORNIA! It even says delivered! They probably sent to me thinking he'll shut up and not look at the actual tracing info.

Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau. Specifically, our records show a pattern of non-response to consumer complaints brought to its attention by the Bureau.

Should of looked at the BBB before buying I guess.

dont owrry, When i got my tracking number ups had it as shipped too :confused: I emailed svc and they said ups was having problems with its tracking and they told me to try again the next day, it worked. I guess ups reuses old numbers
 
I really hope so, thank you for making me feel a little less worried :p
