Overclocking ram for my setup

Hi,I want to overclock my ram. The ram is mushkin level2 black and i have 1.25gb of it. The cpu is a AMD 2600. Right now I have the cpu oc'd to 180mhz and the ram is set to 2-2-2-6. What could I do to oc'd the ram so its insink with the cpu?
