Is it ok to have your memory running faster than your fsb or is it always best to have then in sync at 1:1. I know that it's not ideal to increase your fsb and then change the fsb/dram ratio to bring your memory back down to stock speeds so that is not overclocked because it creates gaps between things communicating with each other. I am looking to get a new mobo/cpu/video card upgrade in the future. However, knowing that amd mobos only support ddr400 max, i am going to have to change the fsb on the mobo so that I can slap some pc4800 at 600mhz in there.
