right now im overclocking my p4 3.0 to 3.3ghz only 10% ... now my temp is around 92F ... and around 100-120F after playing games... it goes down with in 10 sec

my MOBO is ASUS p4c800-E delx
my cpu is Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz / 512K Cache / 800Mhz FSB / Socket 478 / HyperThreading / Processor
and my cpu fan is ThermalTake Polo 735 http://www.hardwarecooling.com/product_info.php/products_id/530

is that temp good??? or i should just put it back to 3.0ghz???
and can you tell me how to check if my CPU is stable???? i didnt get any error yet

convert those readings to celsius next time; if those are readings from a prescott, I'd say they are pretty good
