overclocking question

hey i have a intel core 2 duo E6300 1.86GHz processor with 3.25 GB of ram i have been trying to figure out how to overclock it i went into the bios and i could not find it in there i have a intel D965lt motherboard can someone give me a program that i can use to overclock my cpu please thanks
