Overclocking P4 with Dell Mobo?

I have a Dell Dimension 8400 with a 3.4GHz P4 HT, 1GB DDR2 @ 533MHz, and a GeForce 6800 (which I OC'd), but the downfall is that it has a Dell Motherboard (i925X Model 0U7077). When I looked in the BIOS, theres no way to overclock from there. So I was wondering if it was even possible to overclock by software. I've looked at a couple apps but they don't seem to support my motherboard. I don't want to buy a new motherboard until around the end of the year when ASUS comes out with something newer.
 
I used to have an intel board, and there wasn't any way to OC, so you may be outta luck. Someone on here should know for sure though.
 
Use CPUFSB, and find the PLL (go to the link they give in the program to find it). For some reason on my other computer (the dell, my server), the original PLL didn't work, but the one right above it did, and I could get it from 2.66GHz to 3.1 GHz stable. So just experiment, but make sure to back up your data in case it acts weird.
 
look for a chip that says ICS with a box around it (common brand of PLL generators) then try and find that number in the OC software.

if that doesn't work, you're stuck because it isn't a 400/533 fsb chip... that can be pinmodded.
