Hi... I am trying to max out my sc400 with P4 2.8 HT, 1 GB DDR and on the way 6600GT for gaming. Is it possible to overclock the P4, if so how and how much? Thanks!

whats the sc400? some sort of dell?

general rule of thumb, you cant OC an OEM machine.

heh yah, its the Dell PowerEdge server, 875P chipset, P4 2.8 Ghz HT w/800FSB... I know probably 99% of people here dont use this to configure a gaming machine, but thats where I am, but was just wondering anyways, just in case... its a very stable system and runs well, but if oc is easy, i rather do that and get a little more than trying to bust out my wallet for a new system this year. I heard and have seen no option in bios to do anything, its a Dell server, but I was wondering if anyone tried to oc it through hardware and if it was easy..... Thanks.
