I'm buying the OCZ Reaper HPC PC3-14400 TriChannel 6GB 3x2GB memory and I would like some tips from people with similar memories to OC a core i7 920 to around 3.8Ghz

I think I have a pretty solid system with everything in place to achieve some good OC.
System details bellow :

Intel Core I7 920 2.66Ghz Box 1366
Asus P6T Deluxe /OC Palm Socket 1366
Thermalright Ultra 120 EXtreme
2x Noctua NF-P12 120x120 1300 RPM fans for the TRUE
OCZ Reaper HPC PC3-14400 TriChannel 6GB 3x2GB
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB SATA2
Cooler Master HAF 932
Corsair TX 850W
2 x Gigabyte GeForce GTX 260 OC 896MB GDDR3PCI-e SLI
LG GGW-H20L Grabadora DVD/Blu-Ray
BenQ G2400WD 24"

First question :
Are this memories good?
Second question:
I'm new at OC so what can you guys tell me related to safe settings to start OC such a system?

as long as the memory runs at 1.65v it should be fine.. as for safe overclocking theres 100's of threads talking about overclocking that processor along with a video done by kyle on overclocking the i7 920 on the P6T motherboard.. just browse the cpu articles and use the intel sub category and you will see it..
