I just built a new system after mine died last week. I'm running at 2.2GHz on an AMD 3700+. I have an ASRock Motherboard and 1Gb DDR G.Skill RAM.
CPU-Z tells me that my HTT is at 200MHz and frequency is at 157MHz.

I want to OC to about 2.4 or preferably 2.5. I need to know if my setup will hadle that and what I should change my BIOS settings to.
