Overclocking my rig

Ok, I want to overclock my rig just cuz I haven't done it manually yet. Only the Auto OC lol. So anyway first here's the specs.

Now, I 'm only running air cooling, so I can't get too crazy, but the good news is my CPU Cooler is a Scythe KAMA CROSS so it's a nice big cooler lol. And I have great airflow in my case.

Anyway, first off, what should I do first? CPU, Memory? Should I change multipiers or what? THanks everyone.
