Overclocking my prescott

I have overclocked my Pentium 4 Prescott CPU (socket 478) from 3 to 3.6 GHz one week ago and had no problems so far. Since I've bought a Thermaltake Big Typhoon cooler just for the purpose of overclocking, it's actually cooler than it was with stock fan & frequency. Upon starting the computer, SpeedFan reports temperature of 32-38 C, and even playing Oblivion for a while won't raise to more than 42-43 C. It will increase to 50 C after only 10 minutes of running CPU stability test (found at http://www.majorgeeks.com/download215.html) however. With stock speed and cooling, temperatures were between 50-60 C so I think I'm safe (and hopefully someone here will tell me if I'm not :D). CPU-Z reports my FSB: DRAM ratio as 5:4 (unchangeable in BIOS), so my memory is running at 385 MHz (seen in both CPU-Z and Everest Home Edition) instead of desired 398 MHz (240x1,66).

The only things I did to achive overclocking was:
a) changing FSB frequency from 200 to 240 MHz
b) changing memory/CPU frequency ratio from 2.0 to 1.66 (although this wasn't even required, as BIOS changed it automatically), since I don't want to fry my RAM - BIOS and EasyTune 5 show my RAM frequency as running at 398 MHz, but, as I've already mentioned, CPU-Z and Everest show 385 MHz - if this is correct, should I increase FSB frequency a bit more to put the memory frequency back to default of 400 MHz (or is it even worth it?) - since my motherboard won't let me change vcore, I don't know if I can push it much further anyway.

My motherboard is this one:

Pretty nice results :). I suggest trying to get it a little higher, though you'll probably need more voltage and possibly a lower RAM divider to get to higher FSB speeds.

I can't change the voltage or RAM divider on my motherboard, only FSB frequency - that's the problem. And I don't want to change my motherboard for that reason alone, since I'm planning on getting a dual core CPU in 6-9 months. I would raise FSB more only because my memory seems to be underclocked now and I want to put it back at default frequency, but I don't know if that's even worth it (or how far my CPU can go with 1.44 vcore).
