What's halting my overclock?
Once I get to 820+ FSB, I can't go any higher, despite raising the cpu voltage to 1.5, raising my ddr2 533 ram to 667 @ 1.9, and locking the pci/pcie frequencies to default.

My motherboard is ga 8n sli, ram- mushkin cheapie value ddr 533 1024mb 2x sticks, pentium 4 prescott 630 3ghz.

I have a feeling it is my ram because this mushkin ddr2 crap was really cheap ($100 when ddr2 was brand spanking new+ it's naked; no heatspreader).

Heatspreaders don't always better your overclocks. hmm... it might be your RAM.
