what speed is ur p4m? is it northwood core or prescott?

if its northwood then the max multi would be 12x as speedstep is not available on the board and would get u to about 2.4GHz if you run the cpu at 200MHz fsb with ur board and a bit of voltage (not alot but a little bit more than stock)
if its a prescott then u can run your cpu up to 4GHz cuz you can use RM Clock to increase or decrease the multi from 14x - whatever the multi shouldve been for your cpu.
In my case i had a 3.06GHz Prescott P4M and multi was 23x but i got the cpu up to 4.2GHz using 200MHz FSB and 21x multi
works beautifully for the time that i had that agp system

every p4-m is a northwood. they all have a core voltage of 1.3v. the highest core clock is 2.6ghz. If we're talking about a mobile p4, thats a different story...

yea, lol, sry. It's a Pentium 4 M 3.06ghz Northwood, yes, i checked it, it said northwood. But hell, I might be wrong. On the chip, it says:

Intel '02
Pentium 4
3.06ghz/512k/533
SL726 Malay
L321B437
M328b120
0271

Sounds like a celly, but i've heard northwood's have that amount of cache. It's a Pentium 4 M, atleast that's what dell said when I was lookin at it's specs. (it's a Dell 5150 processor. usin it since the motherboard crapped out one day)
