Overclocking my new system

Hi,

Just ordered a new system and of course I will be looking to overclock it soon. Just wondering how DDR4 speeds are going to play into the max overclock of my CPU and what I should realistically be looking to set my XMP to on my ram to also get a good overclock on my CPU. This is what I have coming:

5930K
Asus X99 Deluxe
Gskill Trident X 3200mhz 16gb 4x4
Corsair H110i GTX

I am hoping to get a 24/7 overclock of at least 4.5ghz. For that speed I am guessing that 3200mhz on the ram might not be realistic. What would be realistic?
