i seem to have hit a wall of some sorts on my overclock. I have pictures of my current bios settings. Can anyone take a look and see why i would be hitting a wall at this current speed? My motherboard is the P5K-E / Wifi-app

I know 3.8ish was very unstable for me. 4ghz was easy, with less voltage than I needed to boot at 3.8

Voltage seems a little high though, 4ghz is about 1.35 for me. 1.22 for 3.6

Put NB, FSB, PLL's back to minimums. The rest back to auto. Way too much volts for an 8400 at the fsb you want. P5K-E is based on the deluxe...so I'm saying this based on what my deluxe is doing. 4.4 Orthos stable on minimums/autos. (with a crapload of vcore :p). Oh yeah, go back to the 1:1 divider on the memory so you dont have to wonder if its the cpu or mem.

ill try the voltages you suggested, and the memory in my system is 1066
