overclocking my e6600

i have an intel d975xbx mainboard. memory is 4x 1gb ddr2 667 sticks.
if i overclock, will memory and harddrive and video card, be affected?
is there a way to overclock only the cpu, and not the rest of the system (mem+video card+hdd) ??

Disable C1E, Speedstep, Thermal Control.

Enable PCI Lock or lock the PCI frequency to 33:33

PCI-E Frequency should be set to anywhere between 100 and 105 mhz

Set your RAM Speed to 533mhz

If you have a Badaxe 1, you need to do a % burn in.

10 to 30% overclock if I remember correctly.
