Overclocking my AMD 64 3000+

Ok here are my specs:
AMD Athlon 64 3000
Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu (basically the totally copper one)
Corsair 1G(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200
ATI X800 Pro 256MB DDR
ABIT "KV8 Pro" K8T800 Pro Chipset Motherboard
Antec TrueControl 550W Power Supply
Western Digital HD 7200RPM 80 gig

So do you guys have any good guides for overclocking or tips with my setup. My friend was telling me that the x800 Pros are farely stable when overclocked.
Oh and if the Zalaman doesn't say enough, my computer is totally fan cooled.
