Overclocking my 2500+ and stability testing

I've overclocked my Athlon XP 2500+ to 2.2Ghz @1.65vcore. How do i know when my computer is stable after running prime95 for 6+ hours?
 
Well this is your computer, so just use it! If it crashes, scale it back. If it doesnt crash, keep pushing it until it does.

If you do not use it enough to push it to max (and thus require running Prime 95), then you probably dont need to overclock your system in the first place.
 
Only reason i am running prime95 is so that i don't have to be there the entire time pushing it to the max, that way i can do other stuff while the computer tests itself.
 
Because i normally play games. I really don't feel like playing FarCry for 24 hours just to test my overclock (even though I should to get it ready for Quakecon).
